Jesse epitomizes energy, hard work, creativity, and integrity in all his business transactions. Jesse grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and began selling at an early age when he started a door-to-door neighborhood pressure washing business. He continued his love for achievement after college by entering the Navy Special Warfare SEAL program. After a torn meniscus took him out of training, he returned to the sales field and focused on medical device sales.
Beginning his medical device career with Stryker Orthopedics, he quickly built a reputation for a strong work ethic and industry expertise and was recruited to help build a territory in Atlanta for the fledgling company, Orthopediatrics. Within three years, him and his partner built the territory from $600,000 in annual revenue to over $2.6 million, winning the company’s coveted “Distributorship of the Year” Award in 2016.
Jesse is now using the skills gained from years of medical device sales and has launched into real estate with David Lyng in Santa Cruz, California. Leveraging his experience as a business owner, he is known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, and is a skilled negotiator with his client’s best interests at heart. An enthusiastic member of the west side Santa Cruz community, he loves surfing, his Australian shepherd Kenai, anything outdoors, and showing clients the best that Santa Cruz has to offer.
In 2018, Tim McMullen listed a $17M penthouse in Melbourne, Australia using a unique approach to marketing directly to high net worth buyers abroad.
In 2019, Tim was recruited by Millennium Partners to launch & sell The Four Seasons Private Residences, San Francisco, $1.2B worth of condominiums across 146 individual residences - the team’s highlight was successfully negotiating a record-setting $3,000 per foot sale and $18M of contracts in a single week.
In 2021, Tim teamed up with Tahoe Luxury Properties to sell a new construction lakefront manor. Using a similar direct-to-buyer marketing strategy, we targeted the high-net-worth with an affiliation to Tahoe, and set records for marketing distribution across the internet.
